- Owners must create an account to list their Timeshare weeks.

- Owners must pay a listing fee to list their Timeshare weeks.

- Registration requires submitting valid Share certificates, levy statements, and identification for verification.

- Owners are required to keep their listings updated, ensuring availability, prices and dates are accurate at all times.

- Private Timeshare reserves the right to validate any document and/or information submitted by the owner but does not guarantee its accuracy.

- Users seeking to rent or purchase may also register for an account to contact owners or report listings.

- Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of any listing or document provided by the Timeshare owner. This includes conducting independent research and contacting the owner or the Timeshare resort for more information before finalizing any transaction.

- Users should exercise caution and diligence in all interactions and transactions conducted through Private Timeshare.

- Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when completing purchases or rentals.

- All financial arrangements and transactions are conducted solely between the owner and the interested party (buyer/renter).

- Private Timeshare is not responsible for financial transactions and does not hold any funds or process payments on behalf of users or owners.

- Private Timeshare disclaims any liability related to the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information provided by owners or shared between users.

- Private Timeshare is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions between owners and users.

- Any disputes relating to any transactions conducted on Private Timeshare must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

- Private Timeshare will not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise be involved in resolving disputes.

- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Private Timeshare, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, settlements, and damages relating to your use of the portal.

- Private Timeshare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

- Private Timeshare may terminate your access to the portal, without cause or notice, if we suspect any breach of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Private Timeshare is established. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the platform will be adjudicated in the appropriate jurisdiction.
