Buying or selling timeshare privately?
Private Timeshare will engage with your purchaser and arrange for the relevant transfer documents to be signed and transferred timeously.
Over and above the standard resort transfer fees that are applicable, a fee of R1995 per week for this service will be charged. We will supply a weekly update on your transfer process.
Private Timeshare will only effect the transfer process on condition that the buyer deposits the purchase price into a nominated trust account. Regrettably, Transfer Assistance is only available to owners of conventional timeshare weeks.
